InvoiceKit is a mobile invoicing application that allows freelancers, contractors, and small business owners to create and send professional invoices and estimates, manage clients, track payments, and generate business reports.
InvoiceKit is a business productivity tool and is not a substitute for professional accounting, legal, or tax advice. Always consult a qualified professional for financial and legal matters.
2. Subscription Services
2.1 Available Plans
InvoiceKit Pro offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:

2.2 Pro Features
InvoiceKit Pro includes:
- Unlimited invoices and estimates
- Unlimited clients
- Branded PDF export with your logo and business info
- Items & services catalog for fast invoice creation
- Reports & revenue insights
- Business profile customization
- Custom invoice notes and terms
- Priority customer support
2.3 Auto-Renewal Terms
Important Subscription Information:
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Monthly subscriptions renew every 30 days.
- Yearly subscriptions renew every 365 days.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's Account Settings after purchase.
3. Payment and Billing
3.1 Payment Processing
All subscription payments are processed through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Payment will be charged to your app store account upon confirmation of purchase. InvoiceKit does not directly handle or store payment information.
3.2 Free Plan Limits
The free plan allows up to 3 invoices and 2 clients. Once these limits are reached, you will need to upgrade to a Pro plan to create additional invoices or add more clients.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 How to Cancel
Subscriptions must be managed directly through your device's App Store or Google Play Store account settings. InvoiceKit cannot directly process cancellations on your behalf.
4.2 Cancellation Terms
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your device's account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Access to Pro features continues until the end of the paid period.
- No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
- Your data — invoices, clients, and history — remains accessible on the free plan after cancellation.
5. User Responsibilities
By using InvoiceKit, you agree to:
- Provide accurate business and client information in your invoices.
- Use the app only for lawful business purposes.
- Not use InvoiceKit for fraudulent billing, invoice forgery, or any illegal financial activity.
- Maintain the security of your device and account.
- Comply with all applicable tax laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
6. Data and Invoice Content
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all invoice data, client information, and financial figures entered into InvoiceKit. InvoiceKit is not responsible for errors in invoices created by users, disputes between you and your clients, or any tax obligations arising from your invoicing activity.

7. Intellectual Property

Invoice content and data you create using InvoiceKit remains your own intellectual property. By using the app, you grant InvoiceKit a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
InvoiceKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, client disputes, or tax penalties arising from invoicing errors. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes arising from the use of this application shall be resolved in accordance with applicable jurisdiction.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
